Richard is a chartered quantity surveyor with twenty years’ experience that has encompassed a range of sectors that includes natural resources, infrastructure and construction, both in Australia and the UK.
Throughout his career Richard has undertaken a variety of roles ranging from acting as expert witness (quantum) to commercial manager, supply chain management, cost consulting and auditing. He has worked within major oil and gas operations, international consultancies, government bodies, contractors and subcontractors through to small private quantity surveying practices.
This wealth of experience is backed by a first-class BSc (Hons) in civil engineering quantity surveying, an MSc in construction project management, together with being a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and a certified quantity surveyor with the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (AIQS, CQS) as well as being an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (ACIArb).
This blend of both academic qualifications and breadth of industry experience means that Richard is able to offer clients his unique perspective and understanding of their needs, being able to employ cross-sector experience to the benefit of each client.
Richard provides claims consulting, quantum expert and contract and commercial management services, together with delivering bespoke training and performing audit roles.
Mary is a chartered quantity surveyor with fifteen years of industry experience spanning the construction, resources and energy sectors in both Australia and the UK. She has extensive experience providing consulting and contract management services from within EPCM organisations, main contractors, and consulting practices.
Having worked in both office and site-based roles has furnished Mary with a good all-round understanding of the contracts management process from the stage of feasibility studies, through to project delivery, completion and close-out.
Sector experience includes mining, oil & gas, pipelines, education, retail, commercial, regeneration, residential and refurbishment projects. She holds a diploma and honors degree in quantity surveying and was admitted as a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in 2007.
Mary provides claims consulting, contract review, procurement, contract management and administration services.
