Principal

Richard has twenty years of experience spanning the construction, transport and resources sectors in Australia and the UK. He holds a first-class honours degree in civil engineering quantity surveying, and a masters in construction project management together with being a professional member and chartered quantity surveyor under the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), a certified quantity surveyor and member of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (AIQS, CQS), as well as being an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (ACIArb).

MARY NG

Associate Director

Mary, a chartered quantity surveyor with more than twenty years in the construction, resources, and energy sectors. Her expertise spans sectors such as mining, oil & gas, education, retail, and commercial. A professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) since 2007, Mary holds a diploma and honours degree in quantity surveying. Specialising in claims consulting, contract review, procurement, and contract management, she brings a wealth of expertise to the team.

JAMES METTAM

Senior Associate

James has over fifteen years of experience in the construction industry, covering land, cadastral, engineering, surveying, and project management, with four years undertaking various contract management and dispute resolution roles. He has been heavily involved as part of a quantum expert team, responsible for major investigative work, artefact creation, and assisting in writing expert reports. James has worked on projects throughout Western Australia.

Daniel Edwards

Quantity Surveyor

Danny graduated from Salford University with a bachelors degree in quantity surveying and has five years of post-graduation experience in the UK and Australia. Danny has worked on projects across the entire lifecycle, including both pre and post-contract execution through to close-out. He has experience in contract management, having managed projects ranging in value from $1M to $10M, acting as superintendent on behalf of the client. He also has experience in project management and has been responsible for the delivery of refurbishment and upgrade projects in commercial construction.

Sector experience includes roads, public realm, utilities property, leisure and healthcare.

Danny is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and is working towards his professional accreditation.

He is a team player with a personable character which means he can quickly integrate within a client’s team.

WILLIAM WALLACE

Senior Consultant

William has over twenty-five years of experience in the construction and engineering industries, acting in roles that include contract administration, claims consulting and quantity surveying, having worked in the UK and Australia. More recently, William has experience acting in commercial and contract management roles for main contractors and subcontractors throughout Australia, including Queensland, Western Australia and the Northern Territory, with projects that include mining, commercial, infrastructure and LNG facilities.

CLARE EVERITT

Executive Assistant

Clare has over twenty years of experience in management accounting and financial roles in construction-related businesses. Clare is responsible for general administrative duties, bookkeeping and financial controls within the business.
