Richard has twenty years of experience spanning the construction, transport and resources sectors in Australia and the UK. He holds a first-class honours degree in civil engineering quantity surveying, and a masters in construction project management together with being a professional member and chartered quantity surveyor under the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), a certified quantity surveyor and member of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (AIQS, CQS), as well as being an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (ACIArb).

MARY NG

Associate Director

Mary, a chartered quantity surveyor with more than twenty years in the construction, resources, and energy sectors. Her expertise spans sectors such as mining, oil & gas, education, retail, and commercial. A professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) since 2007, Mary holds a diploma and honours degree in quantity surveying. Specialising in claims consulting, contract review, procurement, and contract management, she brings a wealth of expertise to the team.

JAMES METTAM

Senior Associate

James has over fifteen years of experience in the construction industry, covering land, cadastral, engineering, surveying, and project management, with four years undertaking various contract management and dispute resolution roles. He has been heavily involved as part of a quantum expert team, responsible for major investigative work, artefact creation, and assisting in writing expert reports. James has worked on projects throughout Western Australia.

DENNIS MAKOFI

SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Dennis is an RICS chartered quantity surveyor with over ten years of experience delivering construction projects in different sectors, including institutional and administration buildings, health facilities, hotels, retail, commercial and residential developments.

He has been responsible for delivering quantity surveying and project management services in both pre and post-contract phases. His experience includes working in Zimbabwe, Namibia, Bahrain and Australia for small and multi-national consultancies.

Dennis is a commercially astute, numerate, and a diligent quantity surveyor with an excellent working knowledge of standard forms of contract used within the construction industry.

WILLIAM WALLACE

Senior Consultant

William has over twenty-five years of experience in the construction and engineering industries, acting in roles that include contract administration, claims consulting and quantity surveying, having worked in the UK and Australia. More recently, William has experience acting in commercial and contract management roles for main contractors and subcontractors throughout Australia, including Queensland, Western Australia and the Northern Territory, with projects that include mining, commercial, infrastructure and LNG facilities.

CLARE EVERITT

Executive Assistant

Clare has over twenty years of experience in management accounting and financial roles in construction-related businesses. Clare is responsible for general administrative duties, bookkeeping and financial controls within the business.
